LA Billiards ships products all over the world. Please note that in some cases where we are not able to verify the billing address of the credit card, you will be asked to provide us with additional information via email to contact@shopLABilliards.com. Please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes from your local government. Address any concerns to info@shopLABilliards.com.
Regular ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States takes any where from 3 to 6 business days. Time in transit quotes and scheduled delivery dates can be located at the UPS web site once you receive confirmation of shipment and a tracking number has been issued.
Shipping charges may be calculated by adding items to the shopping cart, entering your zip code, choosing a shipping method and clicking the calculate shipping button. Please be advised that LA Billiards only collects sales tax for orders originating from the state of California. Customers placing orders from any other state or country are responsible for any taxes or tariffs that their local governments may apply.

We want to make sure you are a happy customer! If you decide after your purchase that you are dissatisfied with it for any reason, you can return it unused within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, though we are sure that this will not be necessary!
RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY:
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. Carefully inspect pool cues before chalking them. Cues must be unchalked and unaltered to receive a full refund. Any returned product must be in it's original package and in it's original condition. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. For questions about returning merchandise contact by email at contact@shopLABilliards.com. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. No returns will be authorized after 14 days from the receipt of shipment.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via UPS and with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order,or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
